IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR ORDER:

Items listed as in-stock with real-time availability will normally ship from the warehouse(s) with the best readiness at the time of invoice (order proceed successfully). FrontierPC.com is a Canadian-based Reseller of IT hardware, software and consumer electronics. FrontierPC.com purchases Majority of the products on your behalf from the distributors or vendors for fast delivery to the end-user . For this reason, all requests for returns or exchanges will require Pre-approval (RMA process) before proceeding. Restocking Fees may apply to some conditions listed below. Certain categories of products are final sale by default, categories include but not limited to software, licenses, services, any products require special order, products marked as NCNR (feel free to call us to verify prior to your purchase).

Return and exchange

Eligible returns and exchanges:(for any product that is not final sale)

  • (1).Customer order in error (sealed):Please file RMA within 7 business days after item delivered. Once approved for Return, customer is responsible to pay for return shipping, and subject to max 5% re-stocking fee.*no re-stocking fee for exchange
  • (2).Customer order in error (opened):Please file RMA within 7 business days after item delivered. Once approved for Return, customer is responsible to pay for return shipping, and subject to max 20% re-stocking fee. *please keep all OEM packaging, fail to do so, your return will not get approved.
  • (3).DOA (Dead on arrival):Please file RMA within 7 business days after item delivered. Once approved for Return, FrontierPC.com will provide return waybill for return.
  • (4).missing part(s):Please file RMA within 7 business days after item delivered. Once approved, FrontierPC.com will provide return waybill for return.We will either send you the missing part(if possible) or exchange with new complete package.
  • (5).Defective (with OEM packaging):Please file RMA within 20 business days after item delivered. Once approved,FrontierPc.com will provide return waybill, you can either ask for refund or replacement.
  • (6).Defective (without OEM packaging):Please file RMA within 20 business days after item delivered. Once approved,FrontierPc.com will provide return waybill, you can only apply replacement/repair.
  • (7).Frontier order in error (with OEM packaging):Please file RMA within 7 business days after item delivered. Once approved,FrontierPc.com will provide return waybill, you can either ask for refund or replacement.
  • (8).Frontier order in error (without OEM packaging):Please file RMA within 7 business days after item delivered. Once approved,FrontierPc.com will provide return waybill, you can only apply replacement.

cases when returns and exchanges will not get accepted:

  • (1). Products fall into "Final sale".
  • (2). Products without OEM packaging may result the rejection of your return request.
  • (3). Products has physical damage caused by accident/abusive use by the end user.
  • (4). Products defects due to virus/malware/misuse of the software by the end user.
  • (5). Return request send outside timeperiod indicated above.

*Please allow 24-72 hours RMA request process turnaround.

All goods remain the property of Frontier Computer until paid in full. In no event shall the seller be liable for indirect, special or consequential damages such as loss of profit or business opportunities, and in no event shall seller's liability exceed the purchase price of the product(s).

All requests for returns or exchanges must be initiated online at the Online RMA Form.

The following terms and conditions govern the sale of products by FrontierPC.com, a division of FrontierPC.com Computer Ltd. By submitting your online order to FrontierPC.com, you have indicated your acceptance to be bound by these terms and conditions of sale. At FrontierPC.com's sole discretion, these terms and conditions may be changed without prior notice at any time before FrontierPC.com accepts your order.

Payment Terms

Payment is due by credit card, debit card, money order or other payment method as listed on our checkout page. Once an order is placed by credit card, the credit card account will be verified at the time the order is placed. Should a credit card be declined, so will the order. No C.O.D. orders are accepted. Orders are processed upon receipt.

Disclaimer of Warranty

When products are shipped to you, their limited warranties applicable to products are in effect and are included with the shipment. Certain products may have additional warranties provided by the original manufacturer but not by FrontierPC.com. On our web site, "As Is" and Final Sale products may not have warranties from FrontierPC.com (other than those warranties implied by and incapable of exclusion, restriction or modification under applicable law), but may still hold warranties from the manufacturer.

Payment Shipping and Handling Charges and Taxes

You are responsible for any taxes or tariffs associated with your purchase.

PRICES

Prices shown on the FrontierPC.coms site do not include shipping and handling or applicable taxes unless otherwirse stated. All prices are in Canadian dollars. The price charged for an order will be the price in effect at the time the order is made. Nonetheless, if the price drops before shipment and you notify FrontierPC.com of the lower price before the product is shipped, in which case (and in that case only) the price charged will be the lower price.

SHIPPING AND RISKS DURING SHIPPING

When products are shipped to you by common carrier, FrontierPC.com liability to you for breakage and/or non-delivery of the products by the common carrier to you will be limited by the limits of liability provided by the common carrier's terms and conditions of carriage. You may wish to direct FrontierPC.com to purchase insurance from loss or breakage during carriage for full insurable value of the products you have ordered by making the appropriate requests when placing your order with FrontierPC.com.

LIMITED WARRANTY

One-year limited parts and labour warranty applies only to computer systems built by Frontier PC consisting of the following OEM components:

  • CPU, Mainboard, Memory, Hard Drive, Floppy Drive, Video Card, Sound Card (internal), Network Card (internal), Case and Optical Drive (internal).
  • All peripherals are covered by their own warranty. FrontierPC.com is a broker of computer and electronics equipment.

FrontierPC.com liability shall as limited to repairing or replacing, at its option, any defective product which is returned, freight prepaid to FrontierPC.com, according to the Merchandise Return Procedure set forth in Section Merchandise Return Procedure below. Buyer shall bear all responsibility for shipping charges and risk of loss or damage during transit to FrontierPC.com. Products which have been subjected to abuse, misuse, alteration, neglect or unauthorized repair or installation, as determined solely by FrontierPC.com, are not covered by this warranty. Any alterations, addition, improvements or attachments to the product(s) not authorized in writing by the FrontierPC.com shall be deemed to be a waiver of this warranty by Buyer and shall render this warranty null and void. FrontierPC.com shall return repaired or replaced product(s) to Buyer, at its expense via regular ground service within Canada. Shipping charges by all other methods and to all other destinations shall be borne by Buyer.

THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. FRONTIERPC.COM MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR OG MERCHANTABILITY. IN NO EVENT SHALL FRONTIERPC.COM BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES SUCH AS LOSS OF PROFITS OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, AND IN NO EVENT SHALL FRONTIERPC.COM LIABILITY EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT(S).

MERCHANDISE RETURN PROCEDURE

  1. To obtain a "Return Merchandise Authorization"(RMA) Number, Buyer must: Complete the Online Return Form. Once the case get approved, RMA numbers are valid for 14 business days from date of issuance.
  2. Packing and Shipping. Pack your return carefully, shipper is responsible for any damage caused during thhe shipping, which might cause the rejection of your return. Mark the RMA number clearly on the outside of each container.(Nver write direct on OEM packaing of the product(s)) Ship to Location indicated on RMA instruction, freight prepaid and insured.(* consition apply, please check "Return and exchange" section)
  3. Replacement or repair will be made when merchandise is received at the location indicated on RMA instruction. No advance replacement is available (except error made by FrontierPc.com).
  4. Buyer shall pay the following miscellaneous charges:
    • Return Shipping charge for items returned without RMA approval.
    • return shipping charge for return under order by error (end user).
    • shipping charge for warranty Repair (Services performed by FrontierPC.com).
    • any applicable re-stocking charge indicated on RMA, up to 25%.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT

FrontierPC.com provides technical support for select products. Some products may have to use the technical support provided by the manufacturer.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall FrontierPC.com be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of data or profit, arising out of the use, or the inability to use, the materials on this website, even if frontierPC.com or a FrontierPC.com authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages. If your use of materials from this website results in the need for servicing, repair or correction of equipment of data, you assume any cost thereof. Some provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or the exclusion of liability in certain circumstances, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

The maximum liability to you for products purchased from FrontierPC.com shall be limited to the purchase price you have paid for the products. Also, FrontierPC.com will not be liable for any property damage, personal injury, loss of use, interruption of business, loss of profits, or other consequential, indirect, incidental, punitive or special damages. This applies to all situations however caused, whether for breach of warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, other than those damages that are incapable of limitation, exclusion or restriction under applicable law.

TITLE

Title to hardware products and to the media in which software products are embodied passes to you upon shipment by FrontierPC.com. Title to software remains with the licensor of the software.

INTERPRETATION

These terms and conditions shall be interpreted under and governed by the federal laws of Canada, without giving effect to conflicts of law rules. Headings used in these Terms and Conditions are for convenience of reference only and are not intended to be part of, or to affect the meaning or interpretation of, these Terms and Conditions.

NO MODIFICATION

Any additional or altered terms attached or adhering to an order shall be null and void and without effect, unless agreed to in writing by FrontierPC.com. These terms and conditions may not be modified, altered or amended without the written agreement of FrontierPC.com.

SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these terms and conditions is held to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, the legality, validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected or impaired. The terms and conditions stated herein are declared to be Severable.

GENERAL

You may not assign this agreement without FrontierPC.com's prior written consent. FrontierPC.com is the intended beneficiaries of this agreement. If there is any inconsistency between this agreement and other agreement included with or relating to products purchased from FrontierPC.com, this agreement shall take precedence.

By accessing, browsing and/or using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree, to be bound by these terms and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
